Rich Walters refused to wear a mask. Rich Walters held HA meetings in a pavilion at Parkersburg City Park where members of the fellowship were lined-up on picnic benches like sardines. There were roughly 40-50 people attending this meeting and I was the ONLY one wearing a mask.
