Mr. Sabora,
When I first entered into a California recovery home in 1973, I knew the system was corrupt. It’s only that now, it is more obvious and there is no shame in their game. In particular, if one looks at the MAT business, only recently has Medicaid begun to pay for medication. Now maybe they paid for medication in other facilities but at mine it has just begun. I have a difficult time finding psych doctors to refer patient to and resources are nil. The only thing that speaks for some is money. Finally, the CARES grant kicked in and SOARS is going to help many financially. I do have to say companies are making bank off of those programs.
