RICH WALTERS…May God have mercy on your soul…if you have one.

This magical-thinking little piece (attached below), penned by Rich Walters, is nothing more than a crock of 💩.

There’s lots of corruption in Parkersburg and you, sir, fit right in. Let’s be clear. You’re a snitch and have been for many, many years. It ain’t no secret in these here hills and parts.

You say that you “might’ve busted your butt for nothing”? Isn’t that quite the telling comment. You are the epitome of a con artist decked-out in Recovery clothing. Everything you do is driven by narcissism and greed. Always has been and always will be.

The truth is that the Judge made a grave error that day in the courtroom and your history of never being held accountable for every bad thing you’ve ever done throughout your entire life was further propagated.

A quick historical review: In late 2016 early 2017 you began working for Brian Mylett’s Reliance Treatment Center in SoFlo as a marketer even after I tried to warn you that they were filthy and criminal. You played a major role in bringing Mylett’s White Oak Run Treatment Center to the Parkersburg area. All the while you knew they were scum. Is that what “being on fire for your community” is all about? Yes, Rich, this is THE TRUTH. For two years I called-out Reliance, White Oak Run, and their All-Star Recovery Advocate Marketers…Ambassadors and Outreach coordinators. Your cohorts included RJVied (relapsed), Lawson Duckworth (relapsed), Rocky Meadows (relapsed), Chanda Lynn (relapsed), Richie Webber (relapsed), Michael Pack, William Marotta (relapsed), and more. All the while you called me “crazy” and a “bully”. On January 11, 2019 Brian Mylett was indicted and arrested on 35 counts of patient brokering/human trafficking.

From there you went on to market for Life Changes and Treatment Alternatives in SoFlo. Two more criminal entities that resulted in arrests of the owner, his wife, and daughter on charges of insurance fraud, patient brokering, and more.

Then along came Boca Recovery Center where you marketed along side the scummy likes of Justin Carmichael, William Marotta, Earle Van, Dru Hicks, and Shay Dunn who would eventually become your wife. You and ALL your cohorts were ultimately canned by Chris Ferry (Scarfo’s grandson). Per a conversation with Chris Ferry he alleged that you duped him out of $100,000.00. (Is it worth mentioning that you essentially “robbed” Northeast Addictions Treatment Center for $20,000.00?) HOW DARE YOU BOAST THAT YOU’VE PUT 1,000’s OF PEOPLE INTO TREATMENT? LOOK WHERE YOU SENT THEM! No amends from this Big Book Boi and Jesus thumper.

“I fell in love with this life…..and ran with it.” You often romanticize your days of “running and gunning”. Every skill you acquired during those 20+ years of SUD with untreated mental illness continue to be of use to you today. You are a fake and a fraud, Rich Walters. You are a highly-skilled and well-practiced liar, deceiver, manipulator, con, and predator within the dirty treatment center industry. You prey on the very most vulnerable on every Social Media platform in existence. Your “impressive” number of followers were paid for. You are not as important as you think you are nor what you want your poor kool-aid drinkers to believe. You’re nothing more than a cult-leader all in the name of “recovery”.

Today you and your not-so-lovely wife call yourselves an “Addictions Resource Center”. As well, you use the holy name of Jesus for promotion of your evil acts. Furthermore, you exploit individuals in early recovery with their “before and after” photos as a form of advertisement for the crap you do behind the scenes.

“You can fool all the people some of the time and some of the people all the time, but you cannot fool all the people all the time.”

  1. It’s fairly obvious that Walters never broke his addiction with deception and greed. “Once an addict, always an addict.” they say- well “once a thief, always a thief.” I have no proof he is not clean but if you look at his associates- it would be easy to assume he’s doing something illegal to better himself financially. “Heads in beds.” That’s how he makes his living. He doesn’t care about anyone but himself. It’s also very odd that his 2 children’s mothers died from heroin overdoses within 8 months of each other. I have no proof he had anything to do with it but it’s a very strange coincidence. Justin Carmichael is in trouble for drugs again- one of Richard’s best friends was arrested for several drug charges last summer.
